C'mon man. If Orgeron took over a rebuild and people used the first year excuse for him, then the aTm coach in his first year should be afforded the same luxury for damn sure.

This is another narrative that needs to go away. Coach O had plenty of depth/roster issues.
He has largely filled those spots with upgrades. He's never got the benefit of the doubt and certainly didn't get a year to get his feet under him so piss on jimbo Fisher.

It certainly is. I just want some consistency. The same people that are talking down on Jimbo are the ones that were saying LSU was a rebuild, didn't have the talent to beat State and some even said that about Troy and O being in his first year was an excuse as well.

He played in an inferior conference and got luck with a QB. Once clemson got going, and he had competition, he never got it going again.

Apparently not if you don't think that the board wasn't taken over by negas attacking anyone and everyone considered sympathetic to coach O or his staff. People were apologizing for being supportive of the coach. That's why I came over from the poliboard because I couldn't take the bullshite anymore.
