The 22-2 run in the first half

Was led by Miller and Williams. What does McMahon do to start the 2nd half? Run the starting lineup that was down by double digits in the first half. Florida took back control of the game in the blink of an eye. McMahon just goes through the motions. He has no feel for the game or momentum. His rotations are terrible.

The mcmen are once again shitting on the players but like you say it’s these constant decisions and things like this that result in the record we have. There’s enough talent to be a tourney team but McMahon can’t coach a lick.

Honestly man it’s just best to be at peace knowing he’s going to be fired after another awful season next year. I’m way less angry knowing we are a year away from hope

You don’t have the fewest wins in the SEC over 3 years, with nearly 30 different players, by accident. It takes a LOT of terrible coaching decisions to get there.
It was reminiscent of the SEC Tournament game last year. Dean came into that one and completely changed the complexion of the game. Instead of recognizing that, he runs out the original starting lineup and kills the momentum. Miller was playing great…so let’s sit him because deviating from the original plan is not an option
He has the worst feel for the game of any HC I’ve watched at LSU.
But yes, donors, who (allegedly…without any actual proof) haven’t donated in three years are suddenly going to give piles of money. And great players are going to line up to play for the worst program in the SEC.

South Carolina at least made the tournament last season
Mizzou is good this year and was good in year 1 but sucked last year. We haven’t gone 0-18 like those two did but what is even the difference?

Another thing about that game last year was trapping the ball screens and running Hubbard out of the play which worked great in the 1st half. Then in the second we just quit doing it for no reason and State cruised. Another common issue with him is when something works he doesn’t stick with it or try to build from it.

This is the head scratcher for me. Especially after hearing the same talking heads say the big money behind LSU athletics is being stretched thin.
It's such fricking bullshite and a weak cop out to anyone with the slightest bullshite detector.

It’s BS, the NIL spending Mascona fed to fans is false. He says Arky is spending 12mil, Vandy is spending 5 and we’re spending 1. In reality Arky spent 5 which is tops in the country and the competitive big conf tourney teams on average spend between 1.5 and 3. He lied to the fans but got the result he wanted because now you have the mcmen running around saying there’s this giant gap between us and everyone else when it isn’t even true.

I guess it was too obvious who I was referring to. 
Moscona taking up and going on a media blitz for McMahon really reminds me of the shite Ponamsky and Culotta pulled for O just because he gave them access to the program. It ended pretty well for Ponamsky, though. It ended very poorly for LSU, besides the 2 years Joe Burrow was our head coach.

No. The reality there is NO media covering the basketball program. The people you speak of just report the information given to them so they can check a box and move on. I know Matt. I promise you, he has ZERO clue about the college basketball landscape as a whole. He doesn’t need to. The majority of his listeners don’t care about it. Hell, the guy who broke the “McMahon returning with more NIL” is a football recruiting dork. THAT’S how little the media cares.
The media cared more with the last HC because he DEMANDED it. He made it a point that his program get attention. The current guy would prefer to never promote his program.
