Why was that laughable. Watford is always uncontrolled just trucking in the lane

To be honest, I don’t even know what a charge is anymore in college or the nba

Because the defender was moving and falling backwards before there was any contact

One foot wasn’t even set that’s why it was laughable

It’s at Arkansas so while yes the calls have been terrible we have to accept that they’re going to happen and it will not stop.

This and our shot selection has been horrible, also missing wide open 3s doesn’t help.

Watford makes calling charges easy. He’s out of control most of the time. He does the same thing every game.

WW should explain new rule to Watford: passing the ball is legal this year.

Nope clearly lowered shoulder and went into defender. It’s who he is in open court. Spastic.

Because the defender was throwing himself backwards as Watford was leaping. It was a Vlade Divac level flop job

Dude was definitely moving and falling backwards. The problem is Watford is always out of control so he made it look like a charge call. It still should have been a block because the dude was not set at all.

It's whenever a ref decides he needs some attention and calls a charge. Completely random based on the refs mood or his need to be noticed or some shite.

Who was never set and already falling backwards

And this is why our fans agree with the bad call, because they don't like our player.

Sec refs suck, no surprise there.
I don't mind refs making shitty calls if they do it both ways.
Yesterday was laughable.
I think Ark is a better team, but make no mistake in the 2nd half they had Ark shooting FT after 5 mins in. A bunch of questionable calls at that. Then LSU gets hit and nothing.

Not the reason we lost, but didn't help either.

This. The defender doesn't have to be completely motionless to draw a charge. Watford just turned into him and ran him over.

refs obviously don't know either, because they call 90% of them in the SEC for the home team...whichever way
There was a blatant charge against arky when LSU player was standing still with hands across his chest and got run over, and was called for blocking. Same call at the other end with Arky player obviously moving was called charging.
BTW, that was an overall horrible officiated game. Not saying why we lost, but just horrible officiating all the way around.
