Fires Les Miles. I was on board for the firing. But I actually believed lsu was a elite program that would hire an elite coach.
Hired a defensive line coach as a head coach instead. " He's one of us"
The price of actually going to the game is outrageous. Season tickets and TAF is a joke. Concessions is priced like a high end steak house. Traffic sucks arse. Piped in music
And after all that we get beat by troy and every other team that's worth a shite.
Then we fire our OC only to promote a proven failure at the position just becaise "he is one of us"
Time for you to carry your arse Joe.

I was on board with firing Miles but not at the expense of where we are now. This is a shite show and we are telling the world of coaches that we'll pay you whatever you want buyout wise. We are really screwing ourselves long term. I like Aranda, but there are other DC's out there who would thrive with our talent. Bad precedence is bad

Here's a look at how SEC schools compare when it comes to football season-ticket costs:
Alabama: $415; seat donations range from $50-$2,200 per seat
Arkansas: $450 for the ticket; some tickets also require a seat donation that ranges from $50-$300 per seat.
Auburn: $450 for the ticket; seat donations range from $280-$3,000 per seat; some don't have to pay for a seat donation but they have to wait to buy tickets until June.
Florida: $300 plus contribution fee ranging from $150-$2,550
Georgia: $315; seat donations range from $250-$2,000
Kentucky: $320; some seats require a seat fee, others don't, and seat fees range from $0-$1,250
LSU: $425; "tradition fund donation" ranges from $0-$1,000 per seat
Mississippi: $360; seat donations range from $25-$1,100
Mississippi State: $210 (do not require a seat fee) or $310 (require a seat fee between $75-2,500)
Missouri: $379 or $288; seat fees range from $50-$500 minimum
South Carolina: $365 but each seat requires you to be a Gamecock Club Member ($55); seat donations range from $50-$395
Texas A&M: Base ticket prices range from $325-$545; seat donations range from $25-$4,500
Tennessee: $410 for bleacher seats; $431 for chair-back seats
Vanderbilt: Season tickets range from $120-$250
Vols football season-ticket prices to rise

I think this is what makes me the most mad, we haven’t won any game vs a decent team with any significance in YEARS. O can do nothing to change that either and it seems no one cares either.

You have faith that LSU can make a hire just as good as Aranda?

Auburn this year?

We have bright prospects with a loaded team, except for losers like you who are ravaged by hate and ignorance, and are allowed to post your depression on this board.

Les Miles put LSU football on death row, O is just the executioner.

What a whiny bunch of little girls on this board. It's surreal how many LSU "fans" want to see failure to prove they were right about something.

The only thing that sucks is our pathetic fans
Posted on 1/8/18 at 8:28 am to RickyDonSkaggs
since you are so unhappy I suggest you change that. yes, it is in your power to remove much unhappiness.
I would suggest you simply quit following LSU football, invest any money you would have spent (if you actually went to games) in a suitable investment and pick up another hobby. or just switch teams to follow. hell, you could follow a different team every year just to make sure you are happy.

frick Alleva. The end.

You're a dumb mfer if you don't believe retaining Aranda was imperative for the future

Thanks for this thrilling new take.

Being concerned about the direction of the LSU football program does not equate to warning to see LSU fail.
Saying, how is this any different than what we’ve had since 2012 is a very valid point.
This exact same stuff has been going on for a number of years now. Most of those who expressed displeasure with the past staff didn’t want to see LSU fail either.
Whining like a little girl about others whining like a little girl is more than a little amusing.
