Nothing better than someone talking trash and then backing it up... Nothing funnier than someone talking trash and getting beat down, lol. Either way, this is going to make for a great game and I bet Chaisson and Delpit back up their words.

I tend to agree.
After 40 years of watching football, I've seen this play out so many times. The team with the chip on their shoulder plays out of their minds against the "better" team. Texas' chip started with Baker Mayfield and Terry Bradshaw talking shite about Sam. And now with the former and current LSU players talking smack, I'm starting to get a little nervous. Hopefully we back it up.

Pretty sure Texas started the shite talking with the shirts. As far as material, I think it shows our guys will be focused, play with a “mean streak” and not give an inch. Pride and confidence. Not arrogance.

As far as talking crap goes, LSU has been pretty meek I'd say. It's not like we're Miami of the 80's.

One of these teams has been talking shite since January immediately after the bowl game. One of these teams has created t-shirts taking shots at the other.

I love the attitude of the team. I just want that to stay in the locker room and on our own sidelines instead of in the press and on social media. Internally, talk it all day long. To the outside world, speak softly and carry a big stick.
