I want to go bad.............but I am not feeling 250 or so to sit upper deck end zone.
Next year we better put all the UT fans in OUR upper deck.
Not that we would ever hear them anyway...........worst fans I have ever seen.

Our upper deck is way higher and bigger than the upper deck UT is putting us in. UT has been selling a lot of tickets in section 18 in the lower north end zone to new season ticket holders in the last few weeks. Hopefully a lot of these (incl me) are LSU fans who will just sell off the other games. This section is good seats beneath the LSU band/upper deck.

So hard to price out, but by the time you travel and stay, the $250 for the ticket isn't what makes or breaks the trip.

Over $1000.00 for two decent (lower bowl) seats.

I have a feeling even these prices will go down closer to the game. Monitering but wont take the plunge until much closer to the game.

I ended up buying season tickets for UT. I’ll still end up paying $600 or so for a pair after I sell the other ones

You they do not care for you in Austin. Understood is the fact the few of LSU will book hotel or airline tickets prior securing game seats in advance.

I prolly won’t go to the game. I am still going to Austin but I don’t want to sit in the upper deck corner and I don’t want to sit around UT fans. Most likely tailgate with some ATX/LSU friends but watch game at hotel or bar.

This is pretty much where I’m at as well.. still waiting to hear back from TAF to see if we’ll get a pair like we requested, but most signs are that, unless you’re a Top 100 donor (were around #240 or 250 out of about 21,000 TAF donors) , you’re not getting squat.
Sucks because i’ve had this game circled for the last 5 years.. but we’ll prob just wind up tailgating... as a poster mentioned above, now that Woodward’s the AD, we’d better screw the UT fans with our ticket allotment next yr like they’re screwing us this year.. that’s all i ask.

I’m in the same boat. I just moved to Austin and have my whole family coming to town, but we aren’t going to pay $500 a piece to be in the lower bowl. If the upper deck tickets get under $150 I might consider buying two for me and my wife or my dad.

Maybe you should have been saving $200 per year the last 5 years instead of donating $10,000 per year for the last 5 years

$10,000 per year?! You must not be familiar with TAF lol
I write a check every year to them for almost six figures... and, if it’s ok with you, i’d rather put money into an LSU affiliated organization, and not pay Stubhub and some UT alum who’s trying to make a buck off me, ok?
