The amount of fouls they get away with is crazy- They should have had 4 players foul out- and nothing is called. Bad 2 nd half- just flush and move on.

A tip of the cap to Texas. They obviously understood our offensive scheme and played defense against it to perfection.

LSU must PROTECT THE BALL, hit free throws, and make better decisions on the court (some got away from the team game and tried to make things happen themselves). Several times we saw terrible shot selection or passing decisions (they overplayed us but we shot a 25 foot jumper instead of us back dooring them). It was a lesson...SC will do the same on the defensive end. We must play smart on offense and be aggressive on defense.

That’s why they will not win in the tournament. Fouls will be called and they will have to stop.

Grace Knox almost got thrown out after they called an off ball foul near the goal when the ball wasn't even to half court. That one and and the blocking call on Fulwiley to end the 3rd changed the course of the game.

Exactly! As they should've on THEIR home court. Let's not make this any more than it is guys. It's a loss ON THE ROAD to one of the other top five teams. It's just ONE LOSS.

Really? You need to get out more. What happened on Jan 11, 2026 to that most elite defense?? (hint: LSU beat them)

Jan 11 at LSU
LSU 70 TEXAS 65

Feb 4 at Texas
Texas 77 LSU 64

Notice any similarities?

Not at all. LSU’s terrible spacing made that defense look elite.
