Horns down became a penalty after Texas complained about them getting an unsportsmanlike penalty at TT for doing the
Tech guns sign down after Tech doing the horns down earlier in the game without a flag.
The logic is that either both is a penalty or neither, and once again in the Big 12's infinite "wisdom" they made horns down a penalty as well.
Now the use of any other teams than your own hand sign during a celebration is a taunting penalty. Once again the Big 12 does everything they can to take the fun out of the game they can...

Texas may have problems this year. They better hope Sarkisian doesn’t jump back in the bottle. This guy has not proven anything. He better enjoy playing in the Big12 while he can.
