re: Texas insider just “doesn’t see it with LSU this year”

Well that’s odd. Because I don’t see Texas competing in the SEC at all. They just don’t have the discipline from the inside of their program to be a real threat. I’m not saying they won’t frick up some teams seasons. They absolutely will. There’s enough talent on that team to do that but I just don’t see them as a real threat to be anything other than an occasional pain in the arse.

Texas also struggled with several BAD Teams last year & were honestly lucky to win a couple of them (TCU & KSU). They will probably be a good/decent team (9-3/8-4-ish) but I’d be willing to bet they take a step back this year due to the physicality & depth of the SEC & Texas’ historical inability to actually be BACK even though the ESPN/FSN’s of the Sports Media World have declared them to in fact already be back!!
