This is the right move. Shows your lineup you have confidence they can get back in it. Putting in some of the other guys that have no command in a tight game is a coward move.

That's what I'm hoping as well. Maybe Jay thinks they're seeing this reliever well enough that they can tie it up. 
I guess it makes signals to the players he's not giving up this game by throwing someone else.
