I was giving it to Lebron and Quick a couple weeks ago and no one told me anything. Once Quick looked up at me and made eye contact I knew it was over
He blew up in the 4th and that was it for him. Made sure to let him know he let his team down. You gotta say stuff like that. "Hey Justin, we're in this game because of YOU. If you did your job this would be a tie ball game." That cuts much deeper than "you suck! Jordan's better!"
