There is zero reason for the ump right on top of it to miss that call. All he has to watch is two items race each other to the bag. No ball hitting glove or anything.

That same ump has been a disaster every day. Day 1 his strike zone was shite and he chirped up Jones down the line, day 2 he had the horrible call on the check swing and today that call.

Damn. Huge missed opportunity to stretch the lead with 2nd and 3rd and no outs, surprised that we got nothing from either Dickinson or Brown in that situation.
