Wanted to ask you guys a question on what the depth chart looks for the TEs this year? I'm guessing the order will be like this...

1) Colin Jeter
2) Foster Moreau
3) Desean Smith
4) Jacory Washington
5) Caleb Roddy
6) Jamal Pettigrew

What do you guys think it's going to look like?

Jeter clearcut number 1 and based on need after that. Smith might get a few balls thrown his way. Moreau will get tons of blocking action. I can see Roddy in on the jumbo goal line package.

TE and WR are the least important positions on the team. If and when those positions play a larger role in the offense, then we can start worrying about depth.

The biggest fattest tight ends first, athletic receiving tight ends last.

Pettigrew played more than Washington and roddy today. He's definitely not last of the bunch

I really don't know why we do it to ourselves every year.

Best blocker=Starting TE.

It's been that way for quite a while now. One reception by a TE per game would probably be asking too much at this point. If they can get it to work, i'm with it. Fk it.

Fewer than two TE receptions per game is inexcusable. Those are simple plays.

In terms of snaps played...

1. Colin Jeter
2. Foster Moreau
3. DeSean Smith

But DeSean Smith could lead all TEs in receiving categories. I just don't think he gets more snaps than Foster Moreau.

Also really like Jamal Pettigrew and think he can be a very good player for us in the future. Think he will be damn good on special teams for us as a freshman. I'd put him ahead of Washington and Roddy.

Dandy Don reported the day that they were told to turn off the Camera's and then the Practices were closed was the day that Jeter was going long down the field and they were throwing to him and he was catching the long passes. That's what they did not want anyone to see. If they can get a TE down the field and he is catching long passes then that changes a lot of Teams Defenses.

btw, Roddy is up to 276 lbs....I think he's our next very solid TE...Coach O saw something special in this kid...and I trust his talent evaluation...

Does anyone have a gif of Jeter getting killed by the safety on a pass over the middle?

It would he helpful in explaining why we haven't thrown to the TEs much recently.

The secret playbook is finally being employed.

Foster Moreau and Colin Jeter will be the top two. Everything points to Jeter as #1, but I believe Foster Moreau is our best TE. He is just as good a receiver as Jeter, and he's a much better run blocker - which is a TE's main responsibility.
