I, ___________, will speak up and intervene the next time I see a Tiger fan boo one of the players during a game. In no circumstance should a collegiate player be ridiculed for any reason during the time they are playing football for a university that they love. I, as a fan, should be honored to witness some of the greatest years of LSU football in the history of LSU football. Geaux Tigers.

While we're at it, the "oath" should include something about NOT leaving the game early.

Yeah, I know...you paid for the ticket and you can do whatever you damn well please, but how about a show of support to the team, to the players by staying and cheering till the end.

I feel they have earned it.

No.

The players, coaches see everyone walking out. "Oh, they must have something more important to do"...like a cold beer. As I recall, there was a very cold night in Tiger Stadium last year...we were getting our arse handed to us. By the end of the 3rd quarter Tiger Stadium looked like a Tulane crowd. Those who stayed got to see a great comeback. And Miles made a comment on appreciating those who stayed.

There's no reason to leave early.

Pencil me in, I never ever boo the team. Period. If a player is having problems then it's up to the coaches together him out of there. Btw, in no way do I think of lsu football as a product. We ain't buying toothpaste.

I don't have a problem with booing college players in major programs because of what they have handed to them.

Yeah, they get perks that most will only dream of as far as college goes, but why do people get off on booing their OWN fricking team. It's low rent, and makes anyone that does it a shitty fan. If you're unhappy with something the team/player does, sit on your damn hands, and don't come down on the players that you supposedly love.

What does being soft have to do with booing your own players that you claim to be a fan of? The better question is when did we devolve into such assholes?

I didn't boo the players. I felt like booing the coaching at times.
