Why not both?

The answer to the op is fans. You cannot have enough fans for your tailgate especially in September/October.

We bought a 5x8 cargo trailer a couple seasons ago and we pay for an overnight spot on the street right across from our setup. Tremendously helpful and way easier than unloading and reloading all your crap into multiple trucks. Washer boards are great. People walking by usually stop and watch. Having a tv is nice...even if you just get the analog channels, some game will be on.

Stuff is nice, but good food and cheap beer will keep folks coming back week after week.

If you have one of the big white PVC tents, do you have the purple and gold globe lights? Can't recall where we got them but I'm sure you can find them in BR. We have those on our tent & they add a good touch after dark.

If you have the means, a kegerators are a great addition. although kegs can be a pain if you don't have a trailer

If not kegerator
You can do the stolen LSU yellow garbage can with ice or better buy a keg coat
I use that when I want to do kegs
It is insulated and you slip in ice ,ice packs ,dry ice etc

But I gave upon kegs just too much effort versus cases and coolers
