Would have had to put in the work and stop the drops. Dupree dropped enough balls to have probably won a couple of more games for LSU.
Hell, basketball players rebound by high-pointing the ball and grabbing it with their hands. Good football receivers do the same thing.
Dupre caught balls against his body, even when he jumped up for a high ball.
As soon as I saw that his freshman year, I knew he wasn't an elite receiver.

He was a 5 star due to measurable sand potential. Potential he never reached. It happens get over it. Him not reaching his potential is on him not the coaches or scheme.

Don't I recall his routes were off and drops were there too. Especially first half season.
He had the size, speed, ability
Just didn't put the WANT and drive.
Top WR in his class. Left early for a 7rd draft.
