I've been on the field during pregame in the Dome for the 2003 National Title Game and the Sugar Bowl v. Notre Dame.
I've been on the field for many LSU games in Tiger Stadium during pregame.
Tiger Stadium is more intimidating. That's taking into account looking up into the stands, the noise level, and the general atmosphere.
Although the Superdome has more noise on average because it is a dome.

Dome is louder...however they are professionals playing there so they dont really get "intimidated"

i was there, but wasn't overly blown away. It was really neat to be there without a doubt. Maybe b/c i was in a luxury box.

I have never thought that the SuperDome was that loud. I have not been there for 10 years, though.
