No he didn't invent it. He utilized it. That's the point. Jimmy Johnson didn't invent anything new when he took over the Cowboys and won 2 Super Bowls. He used what works like discipline, preparation, attention to detail. Every detail. That left with him. Switzer didn't continue any of it. Aikman did for as long as he could. You don't have to invent shite to get credit for putting it in place.

Of course they did. I was responding to the specific question of why the WR's didn't take the initiative to go get on a juggs machine.

Cam Cameron has em catching around the goalposts. The rant really liked that drill. We had a wide open offense coming the rant said

OP didn't say that. He just asked if they still did them.
Just because they did it under Brady doesn't mean Brady invented it. You need to calm down.

Bradford needs to enroll in the Brady school of football catching.

He is gone, everyone needs to move on. This team has done better given the attrition, no off-season, limited work outs and a huge number of freshmen playing. Anyone passing judgement on anyone because of 2020 is silly.

Gezzus! Joe Brady didn’t invent any of that shite. Drills like that have been around forever. Joe Brady was a great young coach, and he contributed a ton, but the success was NOT primarily due to Brady. It was due to having FIVE FIRST ROUND DRAFT CHOICES at the skill positions.

Clyde - Dominant NFL starter as a rookie
Jetts - NFL Rookie of the Year!!!
Burrow - NFL starting QB as a rookie lit up teams
Chase - Was even better than Jetts
Marshall - We shall see, but a starter as a rookie for sure

bullshite. I think Brady's system turned them INTO FIRST ROUND DRAFT CHOICES. Change my mind

10k catches weren't a thing until Brady got here, that's facts. With Brady this team beats Mississippi State, Missouri, and A&M. Sure the defense deserves the blame for the Missouri and State losses but LSU was terrible on 3rd what Brady specializes in. A&M literally did the same blitz and LSU did not recognize what Elko was doing. To act like Brady wouldn't have made a difference is crazy.

Stupid bastard... There was no off season practice. It was pretty much left up to the kids to practice on their own.

Jarvis and Odell, especially Odell, really improved their hands at LSU to become some of the best pass catchers we've ever had and elite at it in the NFL.

Just sayin'

But the possibility of unsupervised players being injured might have.

Jarvis and Odell loved to practice outside of practice as well. You notice our best players have just loved the game, and practiced on their own time. Even just fun one handed drills and stuff.

He has been ok not dominant. He is like the 4th best option on his own team. What Jefferson is doing is dominant. You don’t need to make things up to prove your point.
