This is a bigger topic here than on Swampgas. I guess because we've lived through a couple of major hurricanes and they haven't lately.

Same model just a blow up of it making landfall at ft laurderdale at 926 pressure.
Cant recall but I believe Katrina was in the 930-940s range for landfall.

If that model happens to be right, the whole eastern side of FL will get destroyed.

Contrary to what i said, I hope they play the game here. It's not just our game we're talking about, it's UGA-SC and FSU Miami. I hope it's in BR and not delayed to Sunday

The Florida Governor recently said that the game location will be up to the schools.

Real Pontius Pilate decision-making ability, IMO.

That is the correct way to handle it publicly.

Looks like they are going to have to relocate. Storm bouncing a little west presents a logistical nightmare for prep (tv and teams).

I would imagine they are deep discussions now and LSU should be scrambling to line up enough law enforcement and concession stand workers.
Hope LSU is not sitting on its arse.

You think the Florida governor has the authority to tell LSU and Florida where to play a football game?
