Student Section at The Box

I love the new student section they have at the Box now. They’re a lot more vocal and hopefully the students continue to pack the student section and bring the same energy every game, especially the big games. Props to LSU and the students! Actually made a good move this time!

They actually put the students in a section?! Nice! It’s been one of my biggest frustrations with lack of atmosphere at the new box, majority of students were just SRO tix so were all spread out which defeated the purpose

I saw someone throw their drink into the air when Cabrera hit a homerun. Kind of like the beer showers the Ole Miss students do when there’s a homerun. Those students need to be intimidating because they are right under the Intimidator. We can start to name those students “The Intimidators”

I think it was great idea also. The students stayed late into the game, but it was close. I do think they started chanting something with s&cks in it. Stay classy students!!

They did the “ooooweooo YOU SUCK!” After one of the homeruns. Not that big of a deal, kept the energy up. They were getting in the RF head all night

Great job LSU! A practical decision that actually makes sense. Hopefully, basketball follows suit in 2020.

Seriously, outside of some regional games, that was the closest that the new box has felt like the old box that I can remember. GREAT move with the student section, they're kind of like the bleacher creatures at Wrigley. Also, love the new scoreboard and the Yard works. All good moves!

They were awful. Punks running up to the fence to yell F—k you to the right fielder the whole night. The dudes girlfriend is Sara and his mom is Dana. They yelled something stupid and vulgar after every pitch. I f—ked Sara, Sara’s a f—king whore, I Dana in the arse, Sara loves my cock, etc.
According to the usher they will start throwing the idiots out and killing their ID’s for baseball games.
I knew we had douche bags in the crowd, just didn’t realize we had as many as we do. Curse words are not that big a deal, the shite they were yelling was pathetic and embarrassing.
BTW, The dude they were ripping was like 3-4 with a bomb.
