Because LSU is playing it's best football of the year right now and while BAMA is good they are not unbeatable.
They do not have the elite receivers of years past so we can match their speed and as long as 40 is hounding Young we have a chance.
Offensively there is no reason LSU can't put up points on BAMA defense.
It will just come down to who executes better.

Our defense especially our pass rush
Our coaches who have made excellent adjustments when things weren’t going in our favor all season
Death Valley at night
We keep winning games when it looks like we shouldn’t…coming back from big deficits
That is why we can win…I would be shocked, stunned even if we were to win.

Because they do. It’ll obviously be a tough game but this is a tough and talented team that hit its stride and gelled together under an excellent coach and coaching staff.

I am torn between being hopeful that we have a shot and thinking there is no way in hell…I think about how hard it was to beat them in 2019 when we had the best team ever and then I think about how we were very close to beating them with that dumpster fire of a team last year…
Their defense seems weaker this year but except for Tenn, they’ve only given up like 6 TDs all year.
Good news we have a chance and good coaching and a team with a lot of grit…maybe just maybe…

A suggestion: go tell every player on the roster, every coaching staff member this & see what kind of answers you'll get. Their opinions matter a whole more than yours or anyone else's.
