Not much new.
Basically Alabama will continue to have amnesty from the offensive holding rule.
If the game is on the line late in the contest and it looks like the opponent will beat Alabama, a phantom call against the opponent is still the order of the day.

Not this shite again. What about 2010? 2011? Where was this phantom call? Or when they played Ole Miss or Ohio State last year? Bad calls happen and it's an unfortunate coincidence that we've been on the wrong side of ONE or TWO. How about we start whooping some arse and eliminate the problem? I guess if we're 10 points ahead and they kick a field goal the refs will call it an 11-pointer, right?

All true, but the officials against Ohio State were not a SEC crew.

Overall I agree with you, but...

I seem to remember that Ole Miss had to overcome a horrendous call that gifted BAMA a touchdown right before halftime.

I'd sure like it if the head of officiating at the SEC was an LSU grad.

Care to guess where Mr. Shaw went to undergrad?

But yeah...BAMA obsessed...

I heard that he said it on his way to the local Mercedes Benz dealership to test drive a new GL450.

People can complain about being Bamacessed but when year after year we have to overcome these calls it gets old.

Serious question. Can anyone name a similar questionable call that went LSUs way in the last 10 years? A call that Bama had to overcome to win?

I can't think of one but would love to know if anyone can find one.

Bama gets away with taking a player down out of bounds, but touch one of their players with half their foot in the white and flags fly.

BUT LSU used to get the same liberties when at the top of the SEC
