Or the 2011 Cotton Bowl? Hmmm, someone needs corrective lenses for farsightedness.

So was he just now diagnosed with Parkinson's or was this the same health reason he stepped down because of before? Sorry if already mentioned.

I knew something bad must have happened when I noticed the emoticons were turned off so I headed over here to find this news.

Prayers sent.

Best of luck to Coach Kragthorpe. Parkinson's is a tough diagnosis to handle, especially at his age.

Damn that really hurts what LSU had going for them. I really like Kragthorpe.

Prayers to him and family.

buffoon? A top 10 OC right now and youre calling him a buffoon??

Youre the buffoon buddy

Okay, so you don't care that he's an alcoholic that embarrasses himself and his school?

I hope you also know that he is the OC at West Virginia, who we play this year. I'd hate to let that get in your way, though.

Experience. Stud is the best possible option, in this extraordinary situation.

I agree with this. Stud has much more experience then Billy does, and I think right now that's what we need.

He stepped down at A&M because of his wife's health.

I also don't understand why he was not promoted. It seems like he has found his way into Miles's dog house for sure. Gonzales had to think he would get a chance at OC by coming to LSU. Seeing him passed over for Stud is shocking to me.

You think a QB coach like Jimbo wanted to handcuff the best LSU QB in decades and his trio of NFL wideouts in favor of running headlong into the line all damn day? Give me a break. That was a Miles gameplan and it cost us a shot at playing for the championship.

Experience has to be the biggest factor right now. We are under a month away(30 days 6hrs) from our opening game of the season.

Q: Could Gonzales be promoted at the end of the season?
A: Yes he could
Q: Could Miles seek other coaches to fill the position?
A: Yes he could
Q: Could Stud remain OC after the seson?
A: Yes he could

This is the worst thing for Krags... I'm so sorry to hear it. Dude, has been through a ton of shite.

I think we will be fine with him still helping the QB's and layout game plans.

Gonzales must just suck. They probably thought he knew a lot more than he really did coming in from Florida.
