LINK

When that traded pick came through in the 7th round with 4 picks left in the draft, I jumped off the couch same way I did when Clyde was picked. Not only because we tied the record, but I was a big Sullivan fan throughout his time here. Such a team guy and loved LSU and O. Also caught that 4th down pass vs auburn.

You can hear the absolute joy in his voice. Kids been through a lot including being homeless at one point in high school. Seattle will continue to make him into a ball player, and hopefully he’ll have a long and prosperous nfl career

Man that’s awesome. You know that’s a kid that’s going to grind for you. He’s been through hell and back already

Awesome stuff. I hope he has a successful career in the NFL. His potential is there; I just hope that the Seahawks coaching staff taps into it.

According to the thread that lists their earnings, that phone call represented 75k signing bonus and contract value of almost 3 million.

Good for him.

Sounded like that one time he gave his gf a tattoo of a toilet and broke up with her on tv.

I saw that show it was on MTV and had Snooki of jersey shore as a host. Sullivan gave his gf a fricked up tattoo and i think he felt bad after she started crying.

That brought tears to hear this young man finally being appreciated and getting his chance after experiencing things no child should ever endure. Even when the GM called him he still had trouble accepting it was truly happening.

Every athlete who gets an opportunity should have the gratitude that clearly came through in his voice.

Stephon will do himself, his adopted family, LSU and Louisiana proud. He will find a place in the league and become a significant contributor within a year or two.

He's going to be successful in the nfl. No doubt about it. That was a great pick and a steal for Seattle to get him for how cheap they did. They had to pick him there if they wanted to make sure he would be a Seahawk and they did...if they would have waited until free agency signings, then they would have probably not gotten him, which shows that they really want him on their team. He is going to be in the nfl for a long time and be productive. Mark my words. He just got caught up behind some of the best wrs in cfb and didn't get as much pt as he would have somewhere else. Then, he moved to te this last season and moss was just too experienced and good for him to start over moss being so raw and new to the position. He will ball out, just watch.

Watch out for Dee Anderson as well. He's going to resurface for some team in the NFL and we will see him and remember him as a really good player when he was with the tigers as well.

Regardless of the round, has to feel pretty nice knowing a team traded to get you.

“Stop playing with me, coach!!!”

What a great reaction. Kid is obviously pumped as hell and I’m happy for him.
