Forget the lopsided top 10 wins count. I’m sure that’s confusing for you. Let’s just look at 12-0 in the SEC west vs. 12-0 in the big 10. Now is it starting to become clearer???

What about the %deviation from their opponents season statistical average, not including the game that they played in? Can you figure that out for me?

As far as points per game, not including FCS opponents

LSU
Off: 23.29 (more than the opp allows)
Def: -7.9 (less than their opp scores)

OSU
Off: 27.2
Def: -19.8

LSU's opponents are averaging on the year in games other than against LSU

Off: 30.74
Def: 23.9

OSU's opponents
Off: 29.24
Def: 22.59

Even these are misleading though. OSU did play more complete games, and we seemed to lose focus for a quarter or more in some of our games, but that just doesn't tell the whole story.

I kept saying in the threads about our "shitty defense" that our defense could be dominant, but it's like they go soft when we start to blow teams out, or start off slow. But in every game they would dominate for a large portion of the game and were capable of doing the same thing OSU was doing. I'd say they showed that against the aggies. And I think they will look that way from here on out.

The stats I posted don't go deep enough, but I don't have the time to do that now. I'd like to run those numbers for their opponents as well and see what kind of numbers come up.

Our defense is trending up. Watching this team and looking at the numbers I've been looking at all season, I think we are going to beat Georgia soundly and I don't think OSU will be able to stop us, but we will be able to stop them.

I might go back and do total yards tonight if I have time.

Here's a fact...lsu will beat ga....let's line up your top 4 wins against lsu top 4 wins.

Ga vs Wisconsin. (ga double digits favorite)

Alabama vs Penn State (bama double digits favorite)

Fl vs Michigan ( fl double digits favorite and just scored again from last year bowl)

Auburn vs Cinn (lol)

There are at least 3 more teams that would be favored over your next best win.

I'll give you this. Arky and Rutgers would be one hell of a battle.

I don't see a single team on the OSU schedule the caliber of Alabama or Auburn and probably not Florida.

Is that supposed to be impressive, most yards against Michigan? Last year I think Florida put up close to 60 fkn points against Michigan in that bowl game...with fkn franks at qb. Let that sink in.

Florida is better than auburn, imo. Plus, we still have ga to go. It's a joke.

No need to go past 5 opponents imo, who cares if the crap team we played is better than theirs? It's all about what you do versus top competition.

LSU has proven time and time again to be up to the task, OSU has had little opposition. Very good team no doubt or they wouldn't dominate who they have, but to say they are "more complete" is subjective at best and asinine I would argue.

We play much tougher teams than they have, and that's a fact. Doesn't mean they aren't a good team. It means it is hard to tell just how good.

You say 4 spots, yet our top 4 opponents would all be substantial favorites over their top 4 opponents. You'll see that when they match up in bowl games. Who cares about the bottom 6 opponents on the schedule anyway..although rutgers, Maryland, and northwestern were god awful like arky and vandy. I'll take state, OM, and Tenn all day over their upper second tier.

Statistically, you are a moron. Cause unless both teams play the same exact schedule, there is really no accurate way to make the absurd idiotic claim you are mentally handicapped enough to make.
