Money runs everything and always will, more bowl games, NIL, and more teams errybody gets richer except the fans, that will always get the shaft. But if they think the SEC bias is real wait til they have 3 teams in the final four about 5 times in a row it’ll change again. I’m all for the 12 team playoff but wait til the rest of the world gets a taste of LSU, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Ok/Tx in the bracket w/ Ohio St , Mich, and USC. It’s still the same teams at the top.

The committee and rankings will make sure to make it where sec teams have to go thru each other more times than not. Or at least that is my gut feeling on how they will manage that from happening least as possible.

LSU will be in the playoff almost every year.
LSU Bama Georgia Ole Miss are going to be in it almost every year.
Then you’ll get teams Like State Auburn Florida and Arkansas have a good season occasionally and make it.

Completely disagree. The SEC Title is a massive goal by itself. To win it is a big deal. The assumption these days, by most, is that it is just a stepping stone on the way to a national title. Yes, it can and typical is that. But, I’m pretty frickin proud of SEC Championships. Tell me you don’t want to win it this year. Tell me it would be meaningless to win an SEC title.
This is a great example of losing sight of things that are important. The national title is not the only goal every year.

Apparently you haven’t noticed but every SEC team has already played a bunch of games against other SEC teams. It’s called the regular season and you should try watching it next year.
