Beat Ole Miss on road, then SC and GA at home. Favorable stretch. Very winnable games. Can easily be 5-0.

4-1 at worst. We will beat UGA, and SC at home. If we can manage to beat Ole Miss on the road, everyone who plays us better start to take notice.

What’s fun is every game is so important and we have a chance in all of them. This is shaping up to be a great ride.

Either UGA or SC seems like the kind of game we would lose. That’s the difference in bubble team and tourney team but losing one doesn’t seem unreasonable either

Teams don’t just walk into the PMAC and expect to win anymore

Ole Miss is good but they snuck up on some teams. They're not flying under the radar anymore. We need Days though. Hope injury isn't serious.

We should be 6-2 at worst through the first 8. Worst case we lose to OM and Mizzou

That would be one hell of a start. They'll need it with murderer's row schedule next month.

Stretch against Miss St, Auburn, KY, FL, TN will be rough.

ole miss quickly went from a winnable road game to a probable loss. road wins are hard to come by and ole miss is absolutely killing it right now. i've watched them and davis is pulling a rabbit out of a hat with that crew. still, wade's groups is resilient and definitely more talented. wouldn't surprise me either way.

Yes. BUT:

Let's see how they handle this unexpected success. They are way ahead of schedule right now. They will be ranked this week. Everyone is telling them how great they are. Let's see how they perform now that everyone is gunning for them. I'd prefer that this game was at home, but the pressure is on the sharks to perform now.

If we could figure out that second half drought we always seem to go into when we should be closing out teams we could go 5-0. This team has given up way to many secinf half double digit leads for me to be comfortable with 5-0

Wade needs some sort of change up to change pace or slow down the other team during these runs. What’s crazy about it is every one of them starts around the 11 minute mark. Tonight we tried to go with the 2-3 zone but don’t have much experience with it and didn’t play it well at all. I’d like to see him go to our 3-2 three quarter court zone trap. That defense seems to slow down the pace and causes some turnovers as well. Maybe if we jump in and out of it it can be a good changeup for us. It can also create a few turnovers which will lead to easy baskets when we hit those luls on offense.

This isn't last year's Ole Miss. They got the great Kermit Davis and are playing the best basketball in the conference. Not saying the Tigers can't win but it will be a challenge. All.hands.on.deck.

A 6-2 is a reasonable expectation. Win home games vs Bama, SC, UGA, Arkansas. Split the 4 road games. So far, so good. In the category of "who thought we would ever say this", a victory at Ole Miss would be a huge wing and EASILY the best victory of the year.

Right now the metrics say OM is a better team than LSU with their ability to defend being the difference. However, they are willing to play at an uptempo pace which LSU doesn't mind (Arkansas does the same thing.) The difference is OM is much better coached than Ark and is far less prone to shooting themselves in the foot. If LSU plays they same game they played last night vs. OM, then they will lose by 10. The untimely turnovers have got to stop
