He’s hit bad pitching while others have struggled, I’ll give him that. Very serviceable 9-hole hitter.
Still a dead pull hitter with no power. So he’s limited. But doing well rn.

Don’t miss the point that he should never dip and come at an angle to elevate the baseball which he does do a lot. Poor discipline and self awareness.

Stanfield has a different type of swing, very connected and controlled. Probably gives up some power but sure does make good contact. Reminds me of the Alou brothers in MLB back in the day
