Throw in the ref help the darling two have gotten all season, it doesn't help.
I hope Florida State wins today and then Florida beats the Gumps next week.

Its not overrated. Its currently rated as the #2 conference, and it is.

Who cares if the SEC is overrated? It is still by far #1. We're just not dropping 50 on people like last year.

What conference is ranked #1?

It's the truth. Bama and UF are not that great. They are the best in the SEC this year, but sadly that isn't really saying much.
Having 10 bowl eligible teams doesn't mean much. The SEC sucks by SEC standards big time this year. We have two pretty good teams in UF and Alabama, then a bunch of average teams includint LSU and Ole
Miss.
If LSU loses to Arky, we'll have only two teams with 3 or less losses. That's sad. Our best conference OOC win is Va Tech from the ACC which is really overrated.
It's not like 2007 where we had an OOC win against an 11-2 Va Tech team. Other than that who has won a good game against a good OOC team?

It is not fact. The SEC is going to kill everyone in bowl records.

PAC10 is better than the SEC this year. There is nothing wrong with admitting this. SEC is top heavy this year. Next year, maybe return to dominance. All I care about is LSU, could give a rip about the rest.

The whole NCAA div-1 is over rated this year. The whole country has taken a step back.

No it's not. Just wait until bowl season.

Don't think the SEC will match up with any PAC10 teams come bowl season.

I'm saying the SEC will have a better record in bowl games.

SEC's best two OOC wins are Va Tech and West Virginia (oops) .
Next is likely LSU against Washington? Really?

Will have more wins, but will have more teams in bowls. SEC isn't that great this year. The PAC10 is the only conference living up to expectations.

Top to bottom the SEC is very solid. The best conference in football.
Posted on 11/28/09 at 1:23 pm to tigafan89
Not to channel Churchill, but we are the worst conference in the nation, except for all the others.
Posted on 11/28/09 at 1:23 pm to BayouBengals03
Top to Bottom SEC has average teams from MSU to LSU and 2 really solid teams in UF and Bama.
Having your teams competitive with one another doesn't mean the conference is strong.

Someone needs to tell the PAC-10 and Stewart Mandel/Andy Staples that.

It doesn't mean it isn't. From top to bottom, the entire conference is strong. That's why everything is so balanced out.
