Link? I have never heard that. Of my 3 or four college roommates there is no way I would work with two of them and probably not work for any of them if I had any choice in the matter.

ESPN....good god. It's the first full weekend of the season and they're already starting their bullshite.
Texas looked like shite yesterday, which made me laugh my arse off. But again, it's just one fricking game. i think Herman and Texas will be just fine this year. Lots of football yet to played.

No, it's a decent point, but by overusing it, it becomes weaker.

Bull shite !!! LSU shouldn't have given the guy the choice.
Bull shite???? I agree that LSU shouldn't have been interested in him. I further state that Texas shouldn't have been interested in him!
But both LSU and Texas were interested in him. HE! should have chosen LSU. NOT for LSU's sake, but for the HERMAN family's sake.
I THINK we dodged a bullet and Texas took it uphe arse!

Except that Texas didn't seem improved at all from last year.
They actually looked like they digressed.

No it doesn't.
Maybe more annoying to you, but the strength still holds.

I can't believe they paid him 5+ million right out the gate.

the way Alleva acted during that whole situation with Herman's agent cemented that Herman would be at Texas for good.
c'mon man, you have NO CLUE that your statement is true or not. it really is not fair to trash Alleva for something you perceive. i'm not an Alleva fan, but I think I am a fair person and you are not being fair. coaching searches are pretty damn secret and not by accident. the AD that hired nick saban was LUCKY not good and that's judging Saban by his resume up to the point we hired him.

You love the kissing bandit don't you, Ree?
I really do. I really love him being in Austin Texas. UT has always been one of my least favorite teams.

Strong recruited just fine at Texas. They have tons of talent.
Talent isn’t the issue there. You have a bunch of young guys who got thrown into the fire under a ton of pressure and have never won. It can take time to overcome that psychology of defeat. It literally gets into player’s heads. Saban and DiNardo both had to deal with a lot of that in their first seasons here.

Sixth.
And tie breakers count. Not Alphabet
Yeah, I forgot to type "West" in my post for the AAC West.
There was no tie breaker. Memphis beat Houston head-to-head.
Navy 7-1
Tulsa 6-2
Memphis 5-3
Houston 5-3

Texas is bad, I expect them to only win 7 games this year. I think next year you see real improvement
I was expecting him to have his best year at Texas in his first season. Going off of his two years at Houston.

Did Herman bang your girlfriend?
Herman has been far more productive as a real head coach than O and its not even close.
I hope both Herman and Texas remain a dumpster fire, but you have nothing but conjecture going for you in pushing your agenda that O is the better coach at this time.

What's not to be "fine" with? We are 1-0 with a defense that played lights out.
The hiring process Alleva used still sucks.
