In fairness he inherited a dumpster fire at Texas. A true rebuild.

Such an uninformed statement.

In fairness, Maryland will be a top 25 team by year end.

He is just a really overrated HC.

In 2015, he went 11-1 (with a win over Florida State) with a team that finished 7-5 the year before. That's pretty impressive, especially at Houston.

I think they have a "culture" problem at Texas, which has been there since the last couple years of Mack Brown.

Went 9-3, which was better than any season his predecessor had, and better than any Charlie Strong had with better talent at Texas.

Very undisciplined. Just not a winning atmosphere right now.

I feel like Herman though was probably better off getting Aranda for DC. Orlando has too complex of a scheme to expect a unit that was terrible a season ago to fully grasp things right away. So glad that Aranda is still with us.

Thank Gawd he didn't want it. As I definitely didn't want him because as for as I was concerned, he wasn't proven and still isn't.

I think this is a big part of the issue.

I don't understand this love affair some posters have with Herman. He chose Texas over us, get over it.
