Are there nothing but trolls left starting threads on this board?

It’s really hard to say but I’d go with 7. He could have realistically won 05, 06, 07

Are you assuming 09 we have RP because Saban doesn’t kick players off the team?

I agree with 7. He has six and you can assume he would’ve won another without taking a two year break plus a rebuild season at Bama.

You mean if LSU had #1 recruiting classes for the past 10 years?

Would have done at LSU what he has done at Alabama and no reason to believe otherwise but proving an unknown - simply pure speculation

I'm guessing a few more than he has won since he has been at Alabama.

You may be the first person ever on here to have had that thought.

Guy had one season at LSU with fewer than three losses. Assume same record in 2011 and 2017 LSU doesn't get the " do over" that Gumps did.

Saban is a snake oil salesman. He's figured out the way to chart and gone to a school he knows he can gert rid of anything at.

No. His 4th year he went 13-1 and won the NC. His 5th and last year he went 9-3 and was 1 point (At Auburn) and a last second Hail Mary (Iowa) from being 11-1.

Sounds like Cheerio talk.
No mention of fluke 1 point OT win over OSU and skulldrug by 30 vs UGA.
The year prior to NC, 8-5 in a timid SEC after SOS went to NFL.

Saban is a great coach, but all the pieces fell in place for him and nobody has a clue what might have happened if Saban stayed.
SOS, Meyer, Briles, Miles, Cutcliffe, Petrino or Dantonio could've ended up at Bama, or UF, or any number of other combinations could've been working against him winning near the same number of NCs at LSU as won at Bama.
