Again, I'm purely assuming this is a conversation about longest ball hit. If so, that wasn't hit his freshman year. I think it was his junior year.

Yeah I was at the game, if we're thinking of the same game. Ball was murdered. Another one was an Arkansas righty in the early to mid 2010s. I don't remember who it was, but it was hit well over the score board.
Someone a couple years ago mentioned Dean's home run against Tulane in the midweek when he and Schimpf went back to back twice in the same inning. Seeing as I have both of the Dean HR balls, I can confirm that they did not go 450+ This was when there was no RF bleachers. I was only 16 or 17 and had to beg the usher to let me go beyond the barricade to get the first one. Then, right before the second at bat, I went out there and got ready. Usher had no problem letting me get the second
