Please I beg you, do not get ahead of yourself. I’m not sure I can deal with a kids there. I’ve been to the plains several times and it can be a very difficult place to play.

If Walker is first off the bench he's either going to show that he's capable of running the offense without turnovers or Nuss will get another look somewhere sometime. Nuss was very unimpressive against Southern and he should have feasted on Southern's D. That's as complimentary as I can be. If Walker doesn't impress, Nuss will be given another opportunity. We shall see.

Unimpressive is being generous and an understatement. Looked like he had no business being in a D1 program let alone in the SEC.

Maybe it’s not a matter of what Howard has shown as much as what Nussmeier has shown.

I think Daniels is likely to come back for another year to improve his draft stock. He’s playing well now with not much time in the system, so having a year under his belt will definitely get his game better.

I’m not saying that Nuss is the answer, but there are people on here saying definitively that Walker is ready and that he will leave school early. I hope that’s true, but I don’t know why people are so sure of that.

This isn’t an unreasonable thought, but I have been convinced otherwise since southern.
Howard in his limited time showed more poise, which should never be the case with a true freshman over a guy who sat out a bowl game.

That makes no sense if you are committed to a RS. That would indicate to me that WH is the guy if JD goes down. Otherwise you would want your #2 to get reps if the opportunity presents itself.

I’m an lsu fan. Howard plays for lsu. I will root for him whether he plays or not
