Truly, the bottom half of the sec was horrible this year.
I keep hearing that, but Vandy spanked the shite out of Wake Forest and Tennessee whipped Cincinnati. Hell, even Kentucky's win over Western Kentucky isn't looking too bad, nor is their loss to Louisville. The only truly horrible team in the SEC this year was Ole Miss.

Should have put who they lost to
Yes, it was a bit funny that they only listed "type of loss", as if who they lost to was irrelevant. Any loss to Iowa State is worse than any loss to LSU or Oregon, regardless of where the game was played or how close it was (or wasn't).

OSU hasn't played in a week and their last game was the loss. Meanwhile, Alabama rolled. The press is fickle and sways drastically with the latest events. A win by OSU, especially a convincing one, would change the tone dramatically.
I think this is what is important in the argument. Alabama doesn't play this weekend, while Oklahoma State has a de facto BigXII Title game this weekend against Oklahoma. The Cowboys winning this weekend would go a long way in swaying voters while Alabama is idle. Remember, OSU is already number two in the computers.

Their are both undefeated in "regulation" much like LSU was in '07.
It took two overtimes, on the road, on a short week, after a school tragedy for Oklahoma State to lose. Bama lost at home, at night, on national television.
I'm fairly confident, assuming Oklahoma State wins, the voters nationwide won't want a rematch. After five straight years of SEC dominance in the BCS title game, they don't want another GUARANTEED SEC win. They'll put someone else in, hell Virginia Tech may slip in should they put in on Clemson and OSU loses.

OSU needs a commentator during the Bedlam game to champion their cause the way Danielson did for Florida in 2006. Unfortunately for them, Herbie will be calling the game and we know his agenda.

Yes, because an all SEC bcsnc is fantastic for TD! ;)
Any LSU NCG should be great for TD.

Notable wins: Tulsa???
TO be fair, they did note Bama's win over Auburn.
Tulsa is as notable as Auburn this year.
