Maybe Ed Paris gets #18? I do like Foster also

Who cares.
The whole #7 is just dumb. We have the 18 tradition and that is more than enough.

#7 should return to the defense as it was with Patrick Peterson and Tyrann Mathieu. Greedy Williams is the perfect contender.

These are the important things for all championship level programs.

Not dumb it's more of a players tradition now. Let it ride. Fwiw I think DJ Chark will be the next great LSU WR in the NFL. #7 streak continues

Well glad you are so excited but honestly being a douche about the talent over the last decade that has worn #7 at LSU is a big deal to the players and alot of fans.
There is not even a 7 listed on the 2012 & 2013 roster.

I dont know about next year but I think they promising it to Noah Cain in 2019..
I don't think that it should ever go to an underclassman.
White should get it then someone like Greedy or Grant can get it as juniors the nest year.

Honeybadger remorse
2012, for sure, since he was initially on the team before the weed issues.
2013, perhaps holding it for LF, since he wanted it, though not to continue the number but to rep the 7th ward.

Why? PP7, Honey Badger, and LF7 all got it as freshmen. Chark is the only one I recall switching. The #18 tradition is usually for upperclassmen though Hester got it from Mauck as a freshman. In reality, there is no #7 tradition.

Honey Badger was a sophomore when he got #7. Brain fart properly pointed out by The First Cut and TriDitty. This post was edited on 12/12/17 at 2:27 pm

Talent
Individualism is what we have. And this perpetuates that thinking. But go ahead, celebrate the next privileged #7
