ZVR and his family want to go to LSU....you will see very soon. He will announce it faster than you can say I was dead wrong MF.
Never said he didn't "want" to go to LSU, but he also wants to sign and likely will if he's taken where he's projected to go. His mom and dad will let him make his own decision. If he slides, it's a different issue, but that's not expected to happen.

Well if Ochinko doesn't come back it's not because he gets drafted high enough to warrant leaving. There must be other issues going on.
There are plenty of 5'9' R/R with slow feet, average hands, and average power in the draft.

Ochinko is a completely different story...he's gone, one way or the other.
while I don't believe you because of how wrong you have been in the past, if he does leave, there has to be something else to it, he's not gonna get drafted high enough to warrant it.

what time does the draft start?

Von Rosenberg was on Buddy's show (god help him) and was asked what he thought and told teams. Said it would take alot of money to get him away from LSU, he and his parents have always dreamed of him going there. He was on with his coach, and I think said they were on their way to Omaha. He also said he came to the regionals, but not the supers

If they offer the Von Rosenberg kid over million he's gone. I still think the Southern right fielder McDavid has a better arm and power than Mitchell. I heard a rumor that Leon Landry is transferring to Southern

Also, Rosenberg talked to Ranaudo, Landry, and Nola yesterday about his situation to get advise

Ryan, where does your brother see Coleman going?

He thinks Coleman will get killed in the majors. His fastball won't blow people away like in college and he doesn't have a great changeup. Has a good slider which is why he could get grabbed by a team that really likes him.
Also...He says Ochinko will be in the late 30's of the rounds in the draft.

Damn that sucks, I was thinking he could turn into a decent reliever. Was hoping the Nats would re-draft him.

quote:like I said....they could pick him up early if they like him. And don't expect my bro to be right all the time. Coleman could drop to the 12th or so round or go in the 5th or 6th. But he definitly won't be picked today.
Was hoping the Nats would re-draft him.

Colvin is going pro. He will be a 2-3 round pick and will leave in a heartbeat.
