Nosir, I don't want to go "there" and think along that line. I'm just talking savages and violent crime. The color of the savage is completely irrelevant for me.

Baton Rouge is a cesspool... It was already on its ways but the change accelerated after Katrina. Fireworks, state fair, festivals... We rarely go to crowded places anymore because of the constant violence. Every year I have students and their families who are directly affected by the shite that goes down here. Can't wait until I am in a position to get out of this state.

I don't keep up with gaming like I used to, so I'm not sure if the newer PS4 consoles are any kind of upgrade over the first ones released. I don't see a reason why anyone would do that if the new console didn't offer something the old one did not. It wouldn't be something you would do just to get a new one if that's what you're asking.

Either way, maybe he just didn't want two playstations. And are yall sure he was selling a playstation?

My father-in-law relayed the info to me (regarding the mall). He did not discuss color. I don't want to discuss color.

Does it happen to them in high crime areas or while they are strolling around in Perkins Rowe?

Chris you seem to have forgotten about the TPOS that was responsible for shooting at 4 other TPOS and was charged with 4 counts of attempted first-degree murder. The MOL is a well known place for TPOS to congregate.

That's what I'm talking about, Loco, but apparently you and I have offended the people who are still stuck there.

Perkins Rowe?

Now that’s a blast from the past. Remember all the threads that used to be on the OT about it?

Just so ya know murders are down 20 to 30 percent this year in Baton Rouge. We are working on our problems. Positive things are happening.

Absolutely. These studs coming in will NOT be ready to pick up SEC blitzers on passing downs nor have the experience to take lean forward for 2yds instead of bouncing it outside for a 3yd loss.

Lol. Yes. Just because they will he freshman doesnt mean they cant block or run vertical... and I'm not dogging on CEH, but they are just that good.

Better than Fournette? Because if you remember correctly, he didn't come in and set the world on fire right away.

Could be, but how is the NCAA going to get that information from the one he was selling? They have no subpoena power. The cops who took it as evidence won’t give it to them. It will eventually go back to CEH. All he has to do is say “it was an old one” or “my grandmother bought me one for Christmas and since I just got one, I was selling the one she got me”.

Only way they can get that information is if it’s voluntarily given by CEH.

Whether he can sell it or not is irrelevant.

My understanding is, under normal circumstances according to NCAA rules, a student-athlete cannot receive a gift of any kind, much less sell it.

However, the exception is this swag given for bowl games. That has the NCAA's blessing.

If it is perfectly fine for him to receive it and subsequently own it, according to the NCAA, then they don't care whether he plays with it, sells it, or puts it out in his front yard and pisses on it every morning.

Now if only the PlayStation was the biggest concern in this situation ...

Tack on about 30 people that would have died had the police not had tourniquets.
