If that does happen, I would say we’d be at 9 or 10.

Do you really care if we are in the Top 10 after four games? Have our expectations really sunk that low?

Don’t think you grasp the way hypotheticals work. If we all took your advice, there would be no predictions on the season, at all. So...

If auburn beats UW then yes. We will have beaten two top 10 teams on the road. We would probably be near or in the top 10.

My question is, who gives a frick?

That means we will have beaten two preseason top 10 teams, no? I think you can figure it out from here

LSU hasn't been down for that long. If we beat Auburn and Miami, we'll be getting a lot of respect.

Being that LSU vs. Alabama has been such a marquis matchup with high-end NFL talent on the field, pundits will be frothing at the mouth to have a top five showdown between the two.

If we beat Miami and Auburn I think we are 6-0 when GA comes to Death Valley. I'm a little more optimistic about Auburn considering they are replacing their entire OL. I can see a game similar to the 2016 game going down to the wire and LSU pulling it out this time.

I feel good about Miami. I'm just not convinced they are that good and I think Rosier folds against our D.

I grasp hypotheticals just fine, I think we need to see what kind of team we have when we’ve got so many questions that need to be answered especially at QB, RB & corner. Hence why we need to see what kind of team we have against Miami before we go nuts.

May not be a bad thing.

That way we can stop saying that 8-4 would “exceed expectations”.

Well it is that time of the year where all the analysts are posting their predictions and Vegas is posting odds, but it does get old quickly.

I forgot the Ole Miss game was so early in the season. I'm not used to that.
