My diploma has USL my father’s SLI. Who knows before. Enjoyed Saturday nights in Baton Rouge. So who cares what it’s named now.

ULL fans are trash and were told explicitly when they moved to the Louisiana system that they could not be called UL. They tried for years and were denied for years to use the moniker. Then some piece of crap at ULM didn't block them once. He was promptly fired and ran out of town. Now they want everyone to call them Louisiana which is still prohibited in the law.

Most Ragin Cajun fans that live in Lafayette do not pull for LSU and a very large contingency of them are active Alabama fans for only one reason, because they hate LSU and the know LSU fans despise Alabama.

It’s envy on the part of Cajun fans, granted not all, but many. They are jealous and instead of improving, they hate.
I live in Lafayette and yes, I know there are many, many LSU fans that totally outnumber UL fans, I’m referring to a somewhat large group of nutty UL fans.

In the 90’s and early 00’s everyone pulled for each other… throughout the whole state unless the teams were going head to head. It wasn’t until Saban won the natty that ULL and Tech got penis envy and started disliking LSU and their fans.
