If you think even for one second that athletic departments will not try to pass as much of that expense as they possibly can off on the fans, then you are absolutely delusional.

Agree, so make the NIL a binding contract that the player needs to fulfill or repay the org funding the NIL payment.

Largely from TV contracts. Begs the question of why ESPN with all their equality and woke narrative is not being asked to foot a higher bill to pay this disadvantaged athletes.

The point is that the consumers pay for all the advertising and marketing with increased prices. Nothing is free.
