Don’t you think if would have helped that chatter if he played all 10 games and stayed h

Certainly. Would not have helped if he got hurt and didn't finish the season. It's all speculative. I still think he'll be a good pro and I do not think another season would have put him into the 1st round.

They do care about a guy who needed to show he could get through an entire season healthy opting out after 7 games

So what about rondale moore, Rashod bateman, tutu atwell - wide receivers that opted out mid season same as marshall? So did kelvin Joseph , Asante Samuel jr, Jaycee horn. No to mention the handful of players that opted out of the entire season.

Opting out obviously didn’t mean crap to nfl teams and it’s hard for y’all to swallow.

Injuries don’t really matter either if you have elite traits. See walker little or odeyingbo. Talent is talent.

Dupree simply wasn't as good. Other receivers that played under Miles got drafted high despite the offense. Lafell, Landry, Beckham, Davis, Bowe, Doucet all come to mind.
All those guys put up solid numbers because they all played in better offenses with good QB's for LSU at that time. Bowe, Davis, and Doucet all played with Jamarcus Russell, LaFell with Russell and Matt Flynn. Beckham and Landry of course had that 1 great season playing with Mettenberger. They passed the ball more back than of course with Russell and then Flynn. That 1 season with Beckham and Landry both topping a 1,000, Cam Cameron had more control over the offense in his first season, and so they threw a lot more. After that Miles took back over and it was back to ground and pound with very little throwing except on 3rd down to pick up a damn 1st down, that's what poor Dupree had to deal with in his days. Smh

All I'm saying is Dupree (and could have developed into a much better WR as a result) could have been much more productive if he had played in a better offense that passed the ball a lot more with a good QB's like those WR's had the fortune of playing with.

I’m with ya on this. Dupree was a freak athlete and a damn good wide receiver. He got stuck with some shitty QB’s and shitty play calling.

Have those guys had durability issues since high school?

Dupree was a decent college player. No upside or anything really special
Russell S and Gage found playing time after never getting the ball at LSU.
Marshall has serious skills when 100%

Bateman, no. But moore and atwell, yes. and considering they are both 5-9 and 180lbs or smaller, they probably will have durability concerns in the nfl.

What were his elite measurables? He tested great, but not elite. 6-2 205 is also great, but not elite size.

When you run a sub 4.4 that's definitely elite size
