I may have missed this but with the TRO being continued is the vote still happening? What would there be to vote on and without the authority to do it (which would have been granted by TRO) how can anyone do anything?

The SEC and Stanky are in violation of LA court order of which LSU is not a party of. LSU cannot "Drop" that suit. SEC is going to have to come to some monetary settlement with those players.

In my opinion this is all winding down. The SEC no longer has ammo with LSU filling the roster. And the butt hurt bimbo at UT has nothing else to bitch about at this time.

That bitch is apparently involved with DC parties pushing the save NCAA sports bill. She'd best steer a wide berth around John Kennedy and Speaker Johnson in those machinations.

I think you can probably go ahead and assume that bill is dead.

I can’t imagine it would. I mean what a god awful look for a commish with a carton of egg on his face. The only ppl supporting this bullshite are rivals of lsu. Part of the reason I cancelled my ole miss trip. I really don’t wanna go to jail in Oxford.

That’s why the sec is going all in on self governance and trying to make an example of LSU.

Still scheduled. LSU will not oppose or interfere with it.

As of now, yes.

But I do not think it will happen.

The court case was all about giving them the right to vote us out. That's over and the talking points are already out there that the temperature has cooled.

And I'm saying that's why the bill is dead.

Mike Johnson wants to keep his job, he's not going to allow an SEC agenda to pass.

The SEC is not going to vote to expel LSU without legal cover from the federal court.
