You got to be kidding. Four of the five can’t hit worth a damn. With that lineup your looking at a rerun of this years offense production. Things need to change. Three of the five will be in a reserve role or processed.

Post your conference and I’ll post mine. Lol. Look I hate arguing over the fact that I see a broken plate approach and don’t believe in, and I get blasted for feeling that way. It’s dumb, I didn’t call anyone out, just voiced what I saw. But I’ll let you go ahead and show me up on your stat line, best season was sophomore year before I got hurt, played in conference USA, and posted .324/ 5 HR/ 39 RBI, and I played when Rice and Tulane were good that part actually matters because C-USA is down now lol.

Hughes is going to get better at the plate and he’s a defensive specialist. I wouldn’t be opposed to leaving him up the middle whether it be 2B or SS as long as the outside of the infield is supplying power.

Smith can hit when healthy. Broussard can hit when healthy. Slaughter was tied for the team in HRs and showing great plate discipline the last 4 weeks. Bryce was all SEC 2 years ago.

Haha gotcha all American. Tried to calm the waters, but get after it. You’re just a miserable prick that wants to talk down to people.

Nothing is final until signing day is done. July 15. Till then, anything can happen. And even then you can get bitches like Mac Marshall.

I don't think Bryce sticks around. I hope I'm wrong.

However even if he does stick around I don't think he has a starting role by midseason.

Plenty of people here know me irl. You don’t want to discuss baseball. You want to measure dicks. My conference was shite but I hold school records both at the plate and the mound (SBs, Runs, Saves) and got to play all 4 years I was eligible. *got TJ my senior year and was given a redshirt. Happy, sweetie?

I agree about Hughes. I just think Smith is capable defensively at SS and his bat will more than make up any difference in defense (which I don’t believe there will be)between him and Hughes. Slaughter can be a difference maker if he just turns the corner next year. I assume all 4 of the guys I listed can handle 2nd defensively so whoever can hit starts. I’m not confident in Broussard’s bat like most of the people on here. He hit against weaker pitching and has no power.

I literally tried to do nothing but talk baseball until you went all arse hole, then you wanted to call out stat lines, so I figured you had something impressive to say, so I was posting my non-impressive stat line so that you could show your great and almighty and to shut up your prick attitude for a little while you beat your meat to your trophy case.

Broussard is a great 9 hole hitter. Plays good D. Speed is needed in our lineup

If everything works out like we hope you can probably afford to be more patient with Slaughter at the plate.

ETA: It’s nice to have depth again.

But congrats on your accomplishments, sucks about TJ, I watched my boy wade deal with it, shite sucks, and I’ll keep in mind to avoid any convo your involved so I can actually enjoy TD.

Watson needs some competition for playing time. His effort was garbage last weekend.
But the Monster Energy Drink logo eye black design was cool
