There's your first mistake as an Ole Piss fan.
It's kinda like a strong set of spirituals beliefs and traditions such as Catholic and marrying a non-denominational. Usually never works out as one religion concedes to the other.

Here's the only reason you should come over to the good guys:
Every year with Ole Miss you live in fear of decline, things getting worse, or things returning to the way they were. There are bright spots, which quickly dim. You are wedged in a "can't win for losing" situation with them.
With LSU, while there might be low points they are quickly lifted up by the fact that there is always hope because of the talent, returning to the way things were is a good thing, and even if you're thinking "damn, I don't think we're going to win" there's 102k people who either don't care and who will never waver or disagree with you (and another 200k still tailgating outside).
LSU is the light. OM is a dark pit in which you can not, nor will ever, see the bottom.
