Someone remind me why is it that Bama is CLEARLY better than EVERYONE ELSE in the country.
Because they beat that super power known as Michigan... And have the best coach in the universe!

Based on the upcoming schedule, I estimate the stats to look something like this after twelve games: Rush defense: Top five; 70 ypg
Total defense: Top five; 240 ypg
Scoring defense: Top Ten; 12 ppg
Scoring offense: Top Twenty; 42 ppg
Rushing offense: Top Twenty; 250 ypg
Total offense: Top Thirty; 450 ypg

I am the biggest stats guy you will ever meet. I love stats and even developed my own spreadsheet to track the stats of my favorite players. But I have purposely not looked at any of LSU's season stats to-date because we have not played a soul worth bragging about. Until we get into some legit competition, the stats are meaningless, unfortunately.

As you likely would agree with me the threat of a passing game helps keep the defenses honest. It opens up the running game.

That Washington win might turn out to be more impressive than is perceived right now. Keith Price is a top notch QB. We will make many more look pedestrian. Continuing this weekend with Frazier.

Because they are coached by non other than Nick Satan. No matter how much I hate Bama he is a great coach.

I want them to try and hit Copeland. I think he wins the 99/100 times. And if they are actually hitting they are gonna feel it.

"But we aren't throwing for 300 yards a game."
You're overdoing it, we've thrown for 200 yards twice in the last year, one of them was last week against Idaho

I personally think that we can keep up the numbers.....BUT we haven't played anybody with a pulse that will finish above 7 wins on the year and we haven't even played 1 SEC game. So before we go patting each other on the back, lets finish the regular season and then we will compare notes!

This thread seems to be an LSU running game apologist thread. I greatly feel the need to troll it for it's unbalanced opinions of our offense.
