So does LSU get 3 into the 1st round of NFL draft???

Thought it would be just Guice and Key at the start of the season.
Now it looks like it could be: Chark, Jackson and Guice.
Unless Key has a super performance at LSU pro day he may have taken himself out of the first round.
If all the guys above have a great LSU pro day could LSU have 4 first rounders? its possible. Jackson and Chark will have a chance. Not sure on Key anymore. Sad that key could have been top 5 pick in last years draft and may have played/ not played himself into mid 2nd round this year. Pulling for all 4 to go in first round. LSU has represented well with picks recently so that should help them.

Yeah, I could definitely see 4 guys in the 2nd round.
Would love Key to run a great time at his pro day and vault up the boards, but I'm not sure whats going on with him or his leg.

Chark likely isn’t going in the 1st. WR is being devalued like RB was the past few years. Will likely be a mid 2nd rounder.
Guice will likely go in 1st round but very possible he doesn’t. I personally think the Seahawks will take him if Derwin James is off the board.
Donte isn’t going in the 1st. Think of his tape vs Tre Whites and White barely made it in the 1st.
Id be shocked if someone took Key in the 1st. His 3 cone drill was good, not great. His Verticle wasn’t good. He decided not to run the 40. Has SERIOUS work ethic issues.
Key hurt himself more than anyone else has in this draft. Randy Gregory was a better rushing prospect and went in the 2nd. I don’t think he’ll fall as far as Tim Williams but I don’t see an NFL team investing a 1st rounder in him.

If Key can run 4.55ish or better at Pro Day he'll shoot back up boards.
Honestly, we just don't know what's going to happen with him on draft day because a HUGE part of teams evaluating him is the interview. We don't know if he's blowing those or improving his stock with his answers.

Having LSU players drafted in the first round and become NFL stars/household names is very good for our brand and program, especially in recruiting.

How does Key have serious work ethic issues when he was 270 at one point after his surgery and is now at 238

How do you mean? By opposing teams or broadcasters?
Having round 1-3 round (later as well) picks does nothing but increase the recruiting potential. HS players and their coaches keep up with the combine. The more pros we have playing on Sunday the better.

I think it's better that our players get slept on. I look at those Bama players who get overrated and taken in the 1st round when they should be 4th or 5th round pick. That's where the term "Bama bust" comes from you don't hear people saying another "lsu bust" even tho some of our players just turn out to be average.

The NFL doesn't put more stock in a Bama player vs a LSU player or any other big time program. They look at the competition level for the most part.

Like I said earlier, I think it really depends on his interviews. GMs and coaches will be worried about what happened with his sabbatical last season and he better have some good answers.
