you forgot about Hilliard haha...
Oh snap, my bad...thanks for reminding me "Geaux." How dare I forget the true freshman, which owns the HS rushing record for the State of Louisiana, lol! Actually, the Georgia defense really don't want to see Hilliard!

No doubt Geaux. I've been really glad to see him play during his Freshman year as a tiger. Hope he continues to run opponents over and have a Legacy here at LSU. Also, can't wait to see Landry at WR next year. Man, he can really blow players up on Special Teams...Bam!!!

I hate to make excuses for losing, but to explain about some things....
You hate to make excuses but you will make them anyway I guess...

Boise state-
Yeah they won and we got our arse kicked. Why did they win?
Bottom line is we weren't ready for that game.
Because you sucked and embarassed the SEC. That alone should have put you out of the SECe race IMHO. I would rather play a more challenging USCe that UGA.
If you weren't ready for that game then UGA should not have scheduled it. LSU was ready for the Oregon game and that is why we scheduled it.
quote:
Strength of schedule-
Really? It's the SEC......only having 1 loss is rather impressive if you ask me I don't care who it is.
Really? Impressive USCe? ar-Kansas whooped up on USCe 44-28. LSU dismantled ar-Kansas 41-17 without Eric Reid and Alfred Blue.
quote:
South Carolina-
See above.
quote:
Not beating kentucky bad-
Our best rb's were out and uga knew they could win with defense. We just didn't put in effort to be honest......
More excuses...
quote:
I mean we beat Auburn 45-7 and they are way better....btw LSU won 45-10 so may tell you how big we both can win at our best.
If you want to compare common opponents then look at the tale of the tape below:
LSU @Ole Miss 52-3 (w/ 4 mercy knees and 5 minutes on the clock)
UGA @Ole Miss 27-13
LSU @Miss St. 19-6
UGA@home vs Miss St. 24-10
LSU @Tennessee 38-7
UGA @Tennesse 20-12
LSU@home vs. Florida 41-11
UGA @Florida(supposedly neutral) 24-20
LSU@home vs. Auburn 45-10
UGA@home vs. Auburn 45-7
LSU@home vs. Kentucky 35-7
UGA@home vs. Kentucky 19-10
So this should tell you that you don't have a chance even if LSU plays 2nd and 3rd stringers. Personally I would love to see what Mett could do since we acquired him from UGA
In the end, I would advise you to not post flame bait with weak supporting evidence/excuses. No way UGA wins but even if they do, LSU doesn't care because we go to the BCSNG regardless.

Champions win no matter what
Exactly. Add to the fact that a guy like alfred blue can lose everything and still come out and shine as our 3rd string rb.

Good news and Bad news for the Dawgs.
Good News it won't be a blowout.
Bad news LSU considers a 28 point victory not as a blowout but as just another SEC win

but I can promise you it will be close regardless of who wins.
It wont be close..so dont make any bets you cant afford to lose..just saying, not flaming....you have not seen live and in action a team like this LSU team EVER...

LSU will totally dominate Georgia. No secret there, and it doesnt take a sports analyst to figure that one out.... Just like some other teams, Georgia will make it interesting for a quarter or two, but LSU will out class them, Georgia cant match up with LSU.

No sir. But you are gonna get beat.

I think this is what we'll be saying to the Dawgs next Saturday, along with "thanks for stopping by".
I had to laugh at you listing your entire first team asking who was better. That's laughable because you get Qb and LB only.
We had a Thrope and Bednarik finalist in our SECONDARY.
Virtually everyone on the two deep DL will get a look by the NFL. Our OL has chewed teams up and spit them out. Crowell is going to be a great back but we go 4 deep at RB.
Georgia has some potentially great young wide receivers but Randle has been outstanding this year.
I hope you slept tight and that mommy tucked you in last night.

In a word, yes.

Nobody is writing off UGA, not me. They will certainly be a formidable opponent that we are very pleased to compete with, but in the end The LSU defense will stop the passing attack of UGA and your QB won't get too much time to score with since your defense will be on the field all day trying to stop the LSU rushing attack, & it won't happen.

No. I had it 27-13 Tigers, but it could be closer. I'm confident the Tigers win no matter what.

I feel bad for anyone that plays us in the next 2 games...

Arkansas was going to be our biggest test other than Bama.
We were a 12-14 point favorite in that game. We won by 24.
Georgia is now our biggest test other than Bama. We are again a 12+ point favorite. I look for the same results as last week.
