The weirdest part of all this is the top three rushing performances in school history are 284, 285, and 286 yards.

I totally agree. Guice was convicted of nothing!
He's still an LSU legend to me. We were there for all 3 of his 250+ yard games in a single season. Nobody will touch that erased record.
That said. I'm so fricking happy for TDP today and the OL! And proud to say I was there!

If I was a writer I would ignore lsu’s record book and just say Price’s total is the most rushing yardage produced by an lsu back, eclipsing the 285 yards Darius Guice totaled in a nationally televised game against (whoever it was). Don’t even use the lsu record book as a reference. It’s ludicrous to just ignore Guice’s performance when it was removed years afterward.
