He’s said it multiple times and you haven’t corrected it. You still haven’t refuted any argument or shown these supposed contradictions either. Still waiting on those as well as a list of the other programs who have done what LSU hasn’t since our last title.

People seem to forget that Vandy has an advantage. Corbin is a really good baseball coach, best in college baseball right now, and has an advantage in scholarships where as LSU only has 11.7 scholarships. Vandy gets better talent.
But if Mainieri wins one this season, he’ll be the second best current coach in college baseball, and possibly even the best. It’s really hard to win today in college baseball. Florida has underachieved, UCLA, Texas, Mississippi St, Arkansas, everyone has underachieved. Some LSU fans need to realize this isn’t the same game anymore.
There are Fresno States and Coastal Carolinas winning national championships now. Stony Brook like teams making it to Omaha. There is a lot of parity in college baseball today, and it’s a game based on the little things killing you. You can’t depend on hitting a ball 420 feet anymore

Vandy and South Carolina have both won multiple titles since we won our last one. Vandy’s won 2 in 5 years which you people say is impossible. Oregon State, Virginia, Louisville and Florida among others are all better programs than us right now so do all of them have big advantages over us? If we’re a top or contending SEC team why have 3 other programs won 5 titles since our last one 11 years ago?

Hey you did what I asked. So from what I’m reading, there are very few teams who have had equal or better success than LSU. So what’s the problem? Of the teams you mentioned, only two have been in the championship since LSU. Does that make us the 3rd best program currently?

You realize the SEC makes up like half of the top ten every year? The toughest conference by far in a sport where mid majors win championships because of how level the playing field is? And you said we are top 4 in it? what does that tell you? And no SCar is not a better overall program either than LSU
